Hello my name is Christine Cormier. I grew up in MA. I married my husband Tom and we have two wonderful sons Justin and Tyler. We grew our children up in N.H. where we started our first of many companies The Sign Cellar; yes we started all our businesses at home. Tom was taught very well by his Dad to be an entrepreneur. We also taught our sons to think for themselves and follow their hearts. They both have formal training in their careers but keep going back to the things they love to do. We are forever proud of them and love having them close by. Tom and I have always found a way to work together even though we have very different strengths. He is my best friend and a wonderful Husband, Father, Son and Brother to his family. Tom can always see way outside the box where many of only see the box.
I have three older sisters who live in
I’ve done many things in my life from being a cleaning lady, waitress, sign letterer, innkeeper, shoe saleswoman, cemetery sales person, cosmetologist, and reflexologist. Tom and I have owned companies in media, restaurant, land development, sporting goods and gifts. I am here to support him in any way I can.
Tom’s parents George and Lil are very much a part of our lives and we are grateful to have them in ours. George and Lil had 10 children and captured many of their gatherings at home singing on tape. It is such a pleasure for me to hear their voices then as well as today when we get together.
Tom and I own a couple of mules, Mamie and Bella and a loyal pup named Bob which stands for big old boy! Our son Justin has a jack russell named Banjo and
We love living here in TN. where you get all four seasons and no snow to speak of.
I am so excited about The Treasury of Heritage and have really enjoyed gathering stories. Being able to tell stories through photographs is also something I enjoy.
I am fascinated listening to people telling their stories and pleased to see the reaction from their family members when they hear the recordings.
This is a priceless gift that lives forever.
