Security & Trust
Workforce and payroll data deserves the same rigor as your POS. Here's how LIFELENZ handles access, audit trails, and data retention today, and what's on our compliance roadmap.
Access & permissions
Every person who touches LIFELENZ gets access scoped to their role and location, a shift lead sees their site, a regional manager sees their region, and nobody sees payroll data they don't need. When someone leaves, access is revoked immediately, not at the next password reset.
01
Access is scoped by role, shift leads, managers, and admins each see only what their job requires.
02
Regional and multi-site permissions are enforced automatically, so a site manager can't see payroll data for a location they don't run.
03
When someone leaves or changes roles, access is removed immediately, no waiting for the next cleanup cycle.
Audit trails & retention
Schedule edits, shift swaps, and pay approvals are all timestamped and tied to the person who made them, so if a number looks wrong, you can see exactly who changed what and when. Retention follows your policy, and records can be exported or deleted on request.
