Dinesh Pandey

CHIEF SERVICE DELIVERY OFFICER

Dinesh is responsible for the global client implementation and support services for LIFELENZ. He has been part of the LIFELENZ team from its inception and has built and led the global client delivery strategy, team, and processes within the organization to support rapid expansion of business.

Dinesh works closely with technology and operations leadership within client organizations to drive positive business outcomes through successful integration of LIFELENZ into client's business processes and technology operations.   Dinesh has more than 20 years of experience working with organizations like Accenture, IBM and Sapient (now Publicis Sapient), delivering enterprise software products at scale to fortune 500 companies. In his last role within Accenture, he built and led a global delivery team of 200+ engineers across 6 countries delivering 20+ products. Dinesh has proven track record in delivering large scale implementation and support services, achieving highest levels of customer satisfaction.  

Dinesh was born and raised in India and lived in USA, UK, and Europe before moving to Australia in 2013. When not working, Dinesh loves spending time with his family, watching a game of cricket, or tasting wine in Adelaide's beautiful wine regions.
